Usage Policy
By using the Mabanina platform, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined below. By using the platform, you confirm that you have read these terms in full and agree to be bound by them, including any modifications that may be made to them from time to time. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the system immediately.
Your use of the Mabanina platform means you accept any changes or updates that may be added to these terms, and these modifications will be binding on you as a user once they are published by Mabanina.
When you create an account on the Mabanina platform and use its services, you must provide accurate and correct information. The platform team reserves the right to suspend or close the account without prior notice if there are reasons that warrant it.
This platform is designed specifically to help you organize and manage your real estate, and accordingly, you acknowledge that you release the Mabanina platform and all its employees from any liability for any losses or damages that may occur to your real estate as a result of contracts entered into or for any other reason.
By using the platform, you agree to bear responsibility for insuring your property and complying with all regulatory and government requirements, and acknowledge that Mabanina bears no legal or financial responsibility related to these aspects.
You acknowledge that Mabanina and all its employees are not responsible for any claims or costs that may arise due to your use of the system, or related to the property or any of its contracts, including legal fees and court proceedings.
You also agree to indemnify Mabanina for any damages or claims arising from your use of the system, including legal fees or court costs.
Your use of the system is subject to these terms in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in the event of a legal dispute, the competent courts will be the entity responsible for resolving the dispute.
If any clause of these terms is found to be illegal or invalid, this does not affect the rest of the clauses, and they will remain in effect.
The Mabanina platform is provided "as is" without any warranties regarding the quality of services, and Mabanina disclaims responsibility for any malfunctions or errors in the system.
Privacy Policy

Subscription & Cancellation Policy
This policy explains how your Mabanina subscription is managed — including the trial period, upgrading and downgrading between plans, and the fact that a subscription cannot be cancelled once purchased — under the following terms:
Your experience begins on the Free plan for fourteen (14) days at no charge, during which you can try the system and confirm it fits your needs before subscribing to any paid plan.
By subscribing to any paid plan, you confirm your full awareness of this policy and your acceptance of all its terms, including any future modifications, and your agreement to comply with all applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
After subscribing to a paid plan, the subscription cannot be cancelled, nor refunded in cash, whether in whole or in part.
You may upgrade to a higher plan or downgrade to a lower plan at any time. When you downgrade, the remaining balance of your current plan is credited to your account and automatically applied to your future subscription invoices.
Credit resulting from a downgrade may only be used within the platform to cover future subscriptions; it is not refundable in cash and cannot be transferred outside the account.
Value Added Tax (VAT) applies to all paid plans in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Upgrades, downgrades & credit
Upgrades and downgrades are available at any time between paid plans. On an upgrade, the remaining balance of your current plan is applied to the new invoice; on a downgrade, the difference is added to your account as credit for your future subscriptions, with no cash refund.
